The description of good practices is key to enhance the implementation of good practices in less advanced countries. Therefore, case studies will focus on how implementation of quality standards is achieved in practice according to country specificities and drug demand reduction areas.

Case study reports collating good practice examples will be made available in the Spring of 2022, as well as ‘success stories’ transformed into practical and didactical materials supporting the transferability of specific experience and knowledge between countries and teams.

This report reflects the process and results undertaken to assess how implementation of quality standards (QS) was achieved in practice in various European countries and drug demand reduction (DDR) areas. The aim of this assessment was to understand the specific individual and organizational implementation conditions and parameters, the events, procedures and other factors that lead to successful implementation of QS.
